Receiving NullPointer error when trying to record and playback

Yesterday I was able to record and playback processes just fine. Something happened and now I'm getting this error. I am using Workbench ES1 Verion 8.2.1. I have no idea what the problem is. I didn't make any major changes in the process. I've attached the error.

I assume you are seeing this error when you choose "Play Process Recording"?

Is it happening for just that process?

Or do you see the same error for all your processes?

Yes, I did get the error when I try to playback the recording but it seems to be OK now after I restart the App server.

Just a curiosity, did you get the same problem as mine. Or if different, can you share how you got it resolved.

I haven't actually seen this error myself.

Good to hear that restarting the server cleared the issue.
