We have two installations of 8.2.1. Both identical servers with the exact same versions of all forms and processes installed. One server works perfectly but on the other we are getting an ALC-XTG-102-001: [4620] error when attempting to print. The error is in relation to fragments (which are identical on both servers too.) The exact text is as follows.

The fragments will not print on the forms.
Any help to resolve the issue would be appreciated.
