3. Re: out of memory when Updating links
McMaster05 Feb 11, 2010 8:10 AM (in response to P Spier)No, as adobe stuff is still not 64-bit I work on a 32-bit Win XP machine with 2 GB of ram. I heard upgrading Ram even provides more errors. I tried several reboots, but no luck, drive still has a lot of free space. Maybe I should try to clean up the temp-folder.
Meanwhile I exported a pdf and imported this with the MultipagePDFPlacer-Script, this way it worked without too much efford.

P Spier Feb 11, 2010 8:21 AM (in response to McMaster05)I run XP with 2 gig and have no trouble with ID. It's either your temp files or something in the doc itself.
First suspects are .eps links.

P Spier Feb 11, 2010 8:34 AM (in response to P Spier)Actually, it could be something stupid like a spyware infestation, too, but that's likely to show up in other ways, too, like really slow performance.
Do you have a bunch of stuff running in the background?
