I have seen this error also. It seems to appear once in a while. Probably more often if you activate the "monitorize" option.

I am pretty sure that Xavi is aware of it, but just in case, could you open a bug in JIRA, and attach the stacktrace from the Error log?
Thanks
Xavier

It just happened.
I think it's kind of random but my last steps have been: run FlexPMD in a project, switched to another project and run it again.

Hi Alex,
I created an issue in Jira some few days ago: http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FLEXPMD-130
You get this error when you fix all the violations of a class an flexPmd is re-executed on it.
I have fixed it locally and will be solved in the next drop.
Cheers

Hey is there any way you can push out a patch for this... or suggest a workaround... ? Maybe clear the pmd cache files?
I just had to remove my pmd project nature because this error is coming up everytime i build...

Hi Jens and all,
I know it's been some few months since the beta for FlexPMD plugin was first released and that this issue has been annoying all of us since then. I'll try to find sometime to look into this between next week and the other in order to fix it and allow a smoother workflow.
Sorry for any inconvinience
Xavi

This bug is still present in FlexPMD 1.2 and Flash Builder 4.5 i6 - or is something wrong with my configuration?

Try updating to this yet-to-be-released plugin version http://rialvalue.com/flexPmd/updateSite/ it should fix this problem. I'll try to package and release it asap
