Colin Brougham Feb 14, 2010 10:22 AM (in response to Studio North Films)You must do the following before a clip is edited into a sequence; you cannot change audio properties for a clip that is already in use:
- Select your clip(s) in the project panel whose audio you want to change
- Go to Clip > Audio Options > Source Channel Mappings
- In the dialog that appears you can disable or enable portions of the clip's audio, and specify how you want the existing source channels to be mapped to output channels. In your case, you probably want the "Mono as Stereo" option
