I'm a newbie to RoboHelp and I'm trying to install RoboHelp Server 7 on a Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard x64 Edition box. It's running IIS 6.0 which is working without issue. However, when I try to install RoboHelp Server 7, I get the following error:
---------------------------------------------------
Microsoft Internet Informations Services (IIS) is not currently installed. Please install MS-IIS 5.0 or later before installing RoboHelp Server. Setup is terminating now.
---------------------------------------------------

*ANY* help that *ANY* one could provide would be so greatly appreciated!!!!!

Thanks
Rich

Just to update, the final answer, via Tech Support, is that RoboHelp Server 7 does not support Microsoft's 64 architecture.

Can you open up IIS via the Control Panel? It may be worth reinstalling it and then trying to install RH Server.

I can, but I don't think that's the answer. I'm actually trying to install this on a VM and having issues. Just on a whim, I tried to install it on the actually machine (not the VM) and had the exact same issue. I'm suspecting that I have some IIS configuration or file/foldedr permission issue that's causing the error and the error message is ultimately misleading.

Thanks for your response!! If you have any other idea at all, I'd love to hear them!!!!!
