Add a Text File contains to a drop down list

I am trying to copy and paste the contains from a text file

into the drop down list. Is there an easy way to do this or do I have to do one by one

. I have over 800+ selections.

Also within a drop down list can I have the user begin to type the selection and after 3-4 characters the matching choices will appear.

Can you post your text file? I will try to help.

Second option is not possible. Try to add another lookup field (a text field) and write the logic to filter the drop-down list.

I am not well verse in writing script or logic. I think the best way for me to go would be the look up field. This would more user friendly but i dont know if it can be done with this form. The way the form is utilized by our end users is: form is posted on ourwebsite, user downloads the form, completes & save the form. Then they email the form as an attachment. The field that I am looking to to populate with the text file is called cost centers. I have attached the form and the txt file.
