ES2 - Attach Tab is invisible - Why?

I enabled the "Show attachments window" option for an assign task. But the window is not visible.

Any advise?

ahhh! This is because I selected Approval container. Is it not possible to have both (Approval container & Attachments window)???

It doesn't look like it.

You could create your own custom container based on the Approval and add an attachment tab.

The Approval container was, in fact, designed without the Attachment tab.  You will also notice that the Task Details tab

is missing.
