          A bug in the Adobe forums occasionally changes your forum user id, appending a string like "pbiq5w", and it can lose information about you (such as the number of messages you've posted, your points, etc.).   See the Forum FAQ at the Forums forum for workarounds:

          It seems the problems with the Forum software reflect the general problems Adobe has with software quality and lack of concern for customers.
