can't import custom skin into RH7 for webhelp

Hi,

I'm using RH7 WebHelp output. I had a custom skin imported, which I've been using successfully for quite a while. I imported a different skin that I wanted to use instead of the other one, but it doesn't show up in the list of skins under the Project Set-up pod.

I tried to start over and delete my skins and reimport the one I want, but now no custom skins appear in the skin list. And when I try to generate WebHelp output, no skins are available to choose from, even though it seems I have successfully imported the skin.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Caroline

I figured it out...I was never able to import the skin as described on that link. It just wouldn't work. What I ended up doing was to create a new skin through RH, then manually overwrite the contents of the newskin.skn file with those in the skin I wanted. Then I copied the graphics to the new skin folder that RH created. That did the trick, but still not sure why I couldn't import a skin to begin with.

Thanks for the link.

Thanks for the heads up. Perhaps something has changed. I'll have to review with version 7 and see what the deal is.

Cheers... Rick
