Formatting 2nd level bullets in RH8

Hello,

I am using TCS2 in Windows XP. I have been successful formatting FM files that have been linked to RH8. But I don't know how to format second level bullets. The first level bullets are fine. For the second level bullets, I would like the bullets to be hollow. How do I add that to the .css file? Right now, the only way I can format them the way I want is to go into each topic, highlight them and change the formatting. Very tedious.
