Installing Captivate on Windows 7

We are 'upgrading' to Windows 7 from XP. We have Captivate 2 and then the upgrades of versions 3 and 4 to bring us up to date.

When trying to re-install captivate 2 as the base level software on the Windows 7 machines the Install Wizard keeps coming up with a message :

Any ideas would be welcomed.

Hi Dick

Have you tried skipping the version 2 and 3 and just installing version 4? That's probably what I'd try. If that fails, I'd try installing the trial, then using the key from the 4 upgrade to see if it will convert to a licensed version.

The version 4 is only an upgrade - previously when installing 4 before 2 (?) it has picked up on this fact - a message like - 'No full version detected' but I haven't tried the download route.
