Custom Recording/Generated text captions

Can anyone tell me what controls the appearance of the generated text captions?  I know how to change them once they have been added by Captivate, but I'm hoping to learn how to avoid this extra step.  Thanks.

Here's an example of a generated caption.

What I'd like is for the generated caption to look like this:

[Captiv8r]

Hi there

To configure these, click Edit > Preferences > Recording > Defaults.
