Can't find downloaded extension

I downloaded an extension from exchange but I am unable to locate it after installing. There is no TCN Widgets tab in my application toolbar, which is where I expected it, and I see nothing under any Insert options. Any guidance?

I'm not certain, but I think you are asking for help in the wrong place. Are you using Adobe RoboHelp? This discussion area is for asking about issues with WebHelp, which is one of the output formats Adobe RoboHelp creates.

If your application is Dreamweaver or something else, you need to be asking in that forum.
