CP 4 capturing applications windows but not Win 7 dialog boxes

I'm having an issue where CP4 is capturing application windows, like IE and Excel, just fine but is not capturing Win 7 OS dialog boxes. Is anyone else having this issue?

Running Win 7 Enterprise 64 bit so maybe that's the problem.
