I am trying to link to an existing .chm file using a hyperlink on a page of text. When I preview it, it seems to open fine but when I publish it, RH can not find the .chm.

What am I missing?

Hi KB,

Is the external .chm in the same folder after you publish? If you are publishing to another folder, it may be lost. The syntax for an external .chm is <A HREF="filename.chm::/topicname.htm"> There should be no spaces in the filename or topic name.
Hope this helps,

john
