Unable to get Transcript to be updated in SABA LMS for Adobe Presenter quiz

A quiz was created in the current version of Capitvate as SCORM 1.2 compliant and worked fine as a test in a SABA LMS environment (score & pass/fail status transmitted and My Transcripts updated).

But when imported into Presenter with the same settings as in Captivate for SCORM 1.2 compliance, upon completion of course & quiz, while a score and pass/fail is still transmitted to SABA, in the My Enrollments view, the course is still showing as Not Evaluated and is not moved from My Enrollments to My Transcripts.
