Linked SWF movie window not closing automatically

I am using Captivate 4.0.1 Build 1658 and Flash Player 10. SWF files exported from Captivate are accessed through Click buttons in another Captivate project. New window opens and SWF plays when Click button accessed but the Flash Player window does not close when the movie ends. The Preferences set in the file, prior to Publish as SWF are Close Project. When SWF is played as an individual file, not accessed through a link, the movie plays and the window closes as expected. How do I get the "new" window to close when opened via Click Button?

Thanks,

Barbara
