CFDOCUMENT don't work!!!

Hi,
I've a problem using CFDOCUMENT (PDF). When i want print a table and this table skip the page, the document are cut-off in top (0,5 cm).
I'v e installed MX 7.01 and MX 7.02. Next i installed hotfix 60212 and 62335, as suggest in knwoledgebase, but the error is'nt fix.

How I can solve my problem???

are you using <cfdocumentitem type="header"> inside <cfdocument>?
do you have margin attributess defined in your <cfdocument> tag?

did you read the lividocs discussion on <cfdocument>?
