Does RH only index to topics?

I have RH 8 and Windows 7. I am also new to indexing.

I ran the index wizard and it produced an index. However, all the entries just take you to the top of the topic, and not to the actual place in the topic where the index item is located. Can I index to items in topics? If so, how?

Is there any kind of help or information about indexing?

Thanks for the help.

If you want the option of it working your way, then you need to submit a feature request. Please follow this link.
