Problem using captured screen prints in Presenter

I have captured a screen sequence in both Demo Builder and Jing and imported them into Presenter but neither of them works properly (they will play once but not again). Is there a program in which I can capture a screen sequence that will work properly in Adobe Presenter?

Usually Adobe Captivate works well with Presenter.
