Does anyone know of a way to reinstall the Flash Builder plugin into the eclipse IDE without having to completely reinstall FlashBuilder?

This is on OS X

Sure, just take the link file found in the dropins folder of the bundled copy of eclipse (eclipse-host-distro),copy it, then paste it into the dropins folder of your own eclipse distro.

You might need to run -clean and/or -initialize afterwards, in order to refresh the plugin cache.
