I have a new Flex 4 project and I am unable to create Run/Debug configurations.  They show up in the properties pane:

I have checked the "Display in favorites menu" checkboxes, but all I get on the Run button is:

Any attempt to run the project gives an error dialog

Any way to fix this short of making a new project?

Was the bin-debug folder created as another user?

Can you try deleting the bin-debug folder and recompiling?

I figured it out.  After you do "Share Project" to add the project to a Subversion repository, you are left in the Team Synchronization perspective, which looks almost exactly like the normal Flash Development perspective, but doesn't let you run or debug.  Switching back to the Flash perspective fixed all my problems.
