Duplicate TOC in WebHelp

I'm seeing a duplicate TOC display in my webhelp. Here are the conditions:

• Only in Firefox. Doesn't occur in IE.
• It only displays the second TOC at the bottom of the page when you resize the browser window. If you close and open the online help window--it displays as a drawer in the website--the duplicate TOC goes away.

Any ideas would be very much appreciated!

I saw some fixes for similar issues out in the inter-webs, but they did not work.

I saw something like that recently. It was when we compiled a merge setup and did not change from the old way of redirecting a topic to another way of doing it to keep FF happy. Unfortunately I don't still have a copy of that.

Is it merged help you are working with?

Other than that, I don't know what could be causing the problem.
