That should give you some ideas.
Just click the drop-down in the panel and choose the Frames set.

Can you please give some more details, wher to find this panel, because i'm using a french version, and don't find the Actions panel (should be the same, actually).
We are talking about Photoshop CS4 Extended, right ?

In the Actions panel which appears, click the drop-down men in the top right corner and choose Frames.
If you run an action you can examine the steps in the History Panel.
