RoboHELP 8: List of Bugs

Can someone point me to the current list of "issues" for RoboHELP 8.

I have been frustrated in the past with Adobe's propensity to fix bugs in its products only through the release of a new version rather than through patches. Will this likely happen with RoboHELP as well?

Though there is no one single list, you will find these links cover many of the issues you may refer to:

The RoboHelp service release updates page has some "Readme" files that explain things that were fixed in that update. While you are there, be sure you have the latest update:

http://www.adobe.com/support/robohelp/downloads.html

An excellent resource is Peter Grainge's website where he has a section titled, "Snippets" that goes in to more detail on various outstanding issues along with suggested workarounds (if there are any.)

Also take a look at this Forum's Troubleshooting Guide:

From time to time, the Adobe engineering and product management team will post comments about issues on their blog:

http://blogs.adobe.com/techcomm/

Meanwhile, do add your own annoyances and feature suggestions on the Adobe wish list. It is read and the more requests, the better.

The TOC pane does not re-open after a project is closed. You must re-open the TOC each time you

open a project.

Do you mean the TOC pod does not re-open? Yes that is a known problem but I'm not aware of problems with the TOC pane in the outputs.

Thanks. How long has this problem been "known"? And if it's known, why don't they fix it?
