      It may be that I'm not using it properly, but I've never found this filter useful.

       

      The way Audition works with this is perfect. You only need to select part of the audio where noise is alone > capture profile > select whole clip > apply.

       

      Any chance to implement something similar into Premiere?

          In PrPro, the Denoiser Effect basically addresses tape hiss. It is not a true Restoration Process, like in Audition. For a narrowly defined defect, it works fine and quickly, but for what most users need and want, not of much use.

           

          I use the Restoration Process>Noise Reduction Process. It is, as you mention, great, though takes some tweaking to keep echo from being introduced.
