Is there a way to copy recorded text to a new slide?

I have some typed in actions that were captured on several slides when using "Automatic Recording".  I would like these actions to occur on the same slide, but can't seem to find a way to copy the action for placement on the previous slide.

Any guru's out there know if there is a way to do this?

hi

The only work around is to duplicate the slide with the action you wish to copy. Then on the duplicated slide, right click the typing entry on the time line and choose 'Replace with text animation'.

You can then copy this text animation and place them all together on one or more slides.

Don't forget to delete your duplicated slide(s)!

Is that what you wanted to do?

Replacing with animated text changes the formatting of the text, and it is a mess to reformat.

Thanks anyway.
