Unable to launch Flash Builder 4 after installation

I have been trying to launch the Flash Builder 4 after its installation but it would not start.

It is throwing the same error each time I try to launch it.

I have tried un-installing it and re-installing it three time but no change.

My system meets the required system requirements.

Please help!

Which OS, JVM?

Try installing Java 1.6 (32-bit) again. Also verify that right clicking FlashBuilder.exe, Properties, Digital Signatures, it confirms that the executable is from Adobe.
