RichPate May 29, 2010 2:01 PM (in response to Tai Lao)Thanks Tai. I see the update also covers some other issues besides security concerns:
"The Photoshop 11.0.2 update also addresses a number of problems with brushes, styles and gradient preset files discovered after Photoshop CS4 was released."
That's worth the update for me.

5. Re: Info on new PS CS4 11.0.2 Update?
- JM - May 29, 2010 5:46 PM (in response to RichPate)I had thought that there were some fixes too, but the statement about the brushes etc appears to be where the vulnerability was. The Nack blog described it further. I think that Adobe isn't going to fix anything on CS4 unless it's a security issue. There was some recent news about the corporate world getting a little angst-y about pdf reader being a security problem and the need to increase the frequency of patch releases.
As a customer I'm not totally happy with just getting one bug fix like this in 15 months, if I was an investor my opinion might actually carry a little weight.
How many crash reports did everyone submit over the past 15 months?..... why bother if in the end we have to purchase the next iteration to fix the bugs.
