In your Outdoor2.css file, delete the width: auto; in this rule:
/* Top Elements */
That should allow your embedded objects to take back their size.

I thought you might say that because I stumbled on that setting.
The issue is that resets the header image, I've left it up so you can see.
Any Idea how to get that picture back to the original size like on the other pages?
Sure. I see that you have dragged the handles on that top image to 'resize' it. That does not do the trick.
To actually resize from within Dreamweaver, select the image, then click the green infinity symbol under the "Alt" field in the HTML Properties Panel. That will allow you to resize and optimize the image so it will stay the size you want it. Choose the "File" tab on the Image Preview dialog box.
To resize proportionally, you need only change one of the numbers (width or height) and the other will change appropriately.
