I have a cursury knowledge of LiveCycle, so please forgive what may be an ignorant question.
My organization uses it to create forms for grant proposals. We have received complaints from some of the people filling out the forms that they cannot save their work. They either have to print it or do it in one sitting, which is a major inconvenience.
Is there a setting that I need to make sure is "flipped" for them to save as they go? Or, do they need to have a certain software program to use it?
TIA!

They are using Reader and it does not allow a local save by default. You have to Reader Extend the form to allow for that. If you have Acrobat you can do it before you publish the form. There is a license restriction on that technique that will only allow you to distribute to 500 users. Do you have a copy of Acrobat?

Thanks. I figured it out - go to Advanced in Pro and select "Extend Features in Adobe Reader"
