well... duh.
ok, that just seems odd, but I'm down. I thought 1080i60 was an interlaced 60frame format, like most video is interlaced 29.97
why the heck do they refer to it as i60 when it's just the same as ntsc's interlaced 29.97?

raj2ashok Jun 8, 2010 10:06 PM (in response to joshcali)NTSC is 29.97 frames/second, or 59.94 fields/second. Frame is a complete picture that is drawn onto the screen whereas Field is one of the two half-frames in interlaced video.
