Hi all -

I am trying to collect all our license infomration. We purchased our server licenses prior to working with our software purchasing partner, and it's not stored in LWS.

The person who purchased the software is no longer an employee, and I'm having a difficult time contacting him. Is license info stored in a text file or the registry somewhere?

Many thanks,

Anahid

It is stored in a file but not in human readable format. Keep searching for the source or contact the vendor.

I don't know if Adobe Customer Support can help if you still draw a blank.

You can find our license information (if you registered the product) on the Adobe Website under "Your account" > "View Product Registrations".

We had this problem with an ex-employee's computer. The IT department was able to temporarily reinstate their email account for us. We then requested a new password from the Adobe website and logged into the account and retrieved the license from the website.
