Quiz Summary Page Question

Hi,
I'm having touble with the "Next" button on the pre-formatted quiz review. Right now, I have to click Next three times before the slide will move onto the next slide. Within the quiz manager I have it set to Go to next slide for both pass and fail. For some reason, it's requiring multiple clicks. Any ideas on how to get rid of that?

I have had the same problem for a while now. It is however lower down on my list of problems. I have tried several different options in the quiz manager options for if passing/failing grade ie "Continue" "Jump to Slide" I have also tested with pass and fail results and still have the problem.

Any ideas...?
