Docs on using a developmental SDK with FB3?

I'm working on an application -- built with SDK3.2 -- that dynamically instantiates the components for a window and it would be helpful to debug some of its issues using the source for the SDK. I've read the Adobe docs at http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/Get+Source+Code, gotten everything set up correctly and was able to successfully execute the 'ant -q checkintest'.

While these docs contain a short blurb on using Eclipse, its still somewhat incomplete. Are there any additional docs on how to load an application using a developmental SDK?
