Hi guys,
I've just downloaded captivate 5 and am trying to put up a video..
I've included some text boxes (click here, this part does this etc), but the quality of the text is unreadable.... I'm outputting in fixed frame rate, 30 frames per second, etc...
When the file is uploaded to youtube, it seems to go ok and I can play and select HD (720), but the quality is still low... Project resolution is 1014 x 723 (not sure why I selected that resolution).
Also noted that text animations do not play on youtube or Adobe Media Player in the f4v format.... (fixed frame rate)
Am I missing something? Any help really appreciated 🙂

Hi,
I have tried the same workflow and could not reproduce the issues.
Firstly, I created a blank Project of dimensions 1014 x 723 and then inserted few slides.
Then Inserted few text captions and text animations into the project and published it as .F4V file.
When I uploaded this video to youtube, I got a warning "We see inconsistencies in the aspect ratios in your uploaded video file....." (Are you getting the same warning?)
After uploading the video, I played the video in HD and I was able to read the text captions and text animations text. What font size have you set for captions? (Is it possible to share the youtube video link?)
Secondly, I published the same project in F4V format with fixed frame rate and played it in Adobe Media Player. The text animations was playing properly. (Have I missed any step here?)
Regards,
Vikranth.
