We have a licensed version of Breeze 4, and we are creating elearning modules using powerpoint, and the problem we are facing:
1) Our LMS tracking is not working.
2) Is it mandatory that we have to host our elearning module on breeze server, or we can host it in some other server.
3) If not then how can I host my course which is AICC compliant with the proper scoring optioin, and not on breeze server.i.e., is not linked with the breeze server.

Your three points may be connected.

1) Our LMS tracking is not working.

If your Breeze 4 module is located on a different domain than your LMS, you will not be able to track learner information.
For example: Your LMS is at http://learning.companyx.com and your Breeze content is at http://www.breezecentral.com.Having your AICC or SCORM content on a domain that is different from your LMS will cause cross-domain scripting issues. Here is some background on the issue:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/workshop/author/om/xframe_scripting_security.asp

2) Is it mandatory that we have to host our elearning module on breeze server, or we can host it in some other server.

It is not mandatory to serve the eLearing modules from a Breeze server if you are tracking the learner data with an LMS. Hosting on a Breeze server may be causing your trackingissues if it is located on a different domain than your LMS.

3) If not then how can I host my course which is AICC compliant with the proper scoring optioin, and not on breeze server.i.e., is not linked with the breeze server.

You can download the eLearning module from the Breeze server in AICC or SCORM format then import the courses into your Learning Management System
