Audio-Video H.264 .mp4 out of sync after seeking ahead.

Hi,

I'm working on a video player in Flash Builder 4, and when I seek ahead of the buffered region, I close the stream and reopen at the appropriate offset. This works great, except that the video is about 1/2 second behind the audio. FLV files stay synced very well, but H264 files seem not to. Any thoughts?
