How to import a .docx file into Robohelp, with out loosing the embeded images?

OK , so i have a word document which i wanted to import into robohelp 8.02. but when I import it, all the text comes in ok, with formatting, but all the images are left out. the only images that are imported are the bullet points images that I used in word. Please help.
