Fix PDFMaker to Preserve All Reading-Mode Features of Word

eBook authors who use PDFMaker will appreciate a version that preserves ALL of the reading-mode features of their native Word document.

      • Display mouse-over effects for internal (bookmark) AS WELL AS external (http) links.
        • PDFMaker in Acrobat 9 Pro preserves all of the links themselves when configured to do so but preserves the mouse-over effects only for external (http) links.  Why not do the same for internal (bookmark) links, or at least provide an option to do so in the configuration dialogs?
        • And please, please implement this the elegant Mac way and display just the bookmark name.  eBook readers aren't going to give a bat's rass about the full pathname to the eBook within the reader's file system, nor should their reading experience be so brutally violated by this vulgar, intrusive and irrelevant information.
        • This feature greatly improves the reading experience in densely cross-referenced material by obviating multiple revisits to the same link destination just to find out whether you’ve been there before.

      • Preserve the endNote back-links automatically created by Word.
        • This feature allows readers to return to the point of reference in the main body of the document without having to look for a back button.
