Harbs. Nov 16, 2010 7:11 AM (in response to jimfelder)If you don't think it's worth it, don't buy it.
FWIW, you would not need five licenses if you would do all the importing on a single machine...Harbs

4. Re: How to load the figures automatically like in Quark?
jimfelder Nov 16, 2010 7:58 AM (in response to Harbs.)The reason I posted this is because we are moving from Quark to InDesign and are looking for solutions. To find this plugin to be useful and then to see the price is frustrating when you have no control over spending but you're expected to get the job done. And we WOULD need to purchase the 5 licenses because we have more than one mac using InDesign.
That's all.
Good Day.

Harbs. Nov 16, 2010 8:23 AM (in response to jimfelder)Point well taken.
My point was: I don't think the Xtags plugin has any dependencies. So, if the price for 5 licenses is too high, you really could just purchase it for just one (or two) of your computers, and put all the importing responsibility to that workstation. The other woprkstations could then pick up the file and continue working...Good luck!

jimfelder Nov 16, 2010 8:46 AM (in response to Harbs.)That's not a bad idea. But for 1 license is still very highly priced for our budget.
Thank you for your feedback.

Please contact us at sales@emsoftware.com to discuss this further. We can probably accomodate you if you're interested in Xtags.
