Renaming topic file after linking with a Word Doc.

I see this question has been posted twice here already, but no answers.  So I will ask too.

How can I change the topic file name created after importing and linking a Word doc?.  When I open the Topic Properties the fields to do that are gray - unaccessible.  Does this mean I can not change the names?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there

In order to rename things you should perform the renaming in the Word document that is linked. Then as the updates flow from Word to RoboHelp the topics will be created using the correct names.

This is the price you pay for maintaining the content in Word.

Cheers... Rick

Rick,

OK - thanks for the info. I really, do appreciate you getting back to me. That helps a lot, just to know! Rather than guess and fumble about :).
