Error running DataExtractionAndUpdateDatabase sample

Hi..

I'm new to all of this...

Just tried to configure and run the DataExtractionAndUpdateDatabase sample. I drop the files into the input directory and get the following failure.txt

What does this mean.. any ideas ?  thanks!!

You can get it to work by copying a folder that contains both of those files into the watched folder input folder. It's a little confusing but it works.
