WebHelp: Boosting a topic's search result ranking

Hello!

Is there a way to boost the search result ranking of a particular topic in WebHelp? Some strings may appear many, many times, and I would like to boost higher level, general material in the returned rankings. Are ther strategies or direct techniques for doing this?
