User cannot access .csi hub file
CharlesBelov Oct 28, 2008 12:13 PMI have a Contribute 3.11 Windows user who cannot connect to
the website. Actually, they *are* connecting to the website and
getting logged on. But when Contribute tries to get the .csi hub
file's timestamp on the local machine, it gets an error. I went in
using windows explorer, and verified that the timestamp file is in
fact on the local machine where it is supposed to be, in the
C|/Documents and Settings/[user]/Local Settings/Application
Data/Macromedia/Contribute 3/Sites/Site1/_mm/ folder.
Here are the relevant lines from the ct3netperformancelog folder on the user's machine (problem line is line 26):

The IP address and hub file name are identical in both files.
Any ideas why this might be happening and how to fix it?
