Navigation / Open Declaration error

I normally use control-click/f3 to navigate around classes and methods in my code. However I added a second project to my workspace which happens to be in the source path for the first project (that is, the src root of the second has been added in the Flex Build Path section of project properties) and it no longer works.

Now when I try to use 'Open Declaration' the editor fails to find the file and shows the message:

Resource '/second_project_name/src/com/example/MyClass.as' does not exist.

I cannot use 'Open Type' either because of the same message.

I tried deleting the second project and that fixes the problem but that doesn't help me since I need to work on both projects together.

That appears to be the same bug, however closing projects / restarting FB does not workaround it for me.
