I have FB4 installed as an eclipse plugin to Eclipse Galileo. I'm moving on to Eclipse Helios (32bit). How do I deal with the FB4 eclipse plugin? Do I have to reinstall the entire thing? If so, do I first uninstall it?
Glad to hear that.

Hi,
You shouldn't need to install anything - just copy the link file from your Galileo dropins folder, and paste it into the dropins folder in Helios.
Let me know whether or not this works smoothly for your configuration.

Is Flex Builder 4 supported on Eclipse 3.6? If so the doco should be changed. The webpage says it's only supported on Eclipse 3.4 and 3.5 - does that mean "only supported on these versions" or "not supported on versions lower than 3.4"?

Any updates on this? I don't want to use an old version of Eclipse with the new version of Flex.. And I can't create a Flex J2EE project in Helios.

The preview release of Flash Builder 4.5, currently available on Adobe Labs (http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flashbuilder_burrito/) supports Eclipse 3.6.
Thanks,

On my Mac Snow Leopard, I am using the Flash Builder Pro plugin with 32 bit STS 2.5.1 which I am pretty sure is Helios.
...it works most of the time, but is not so stable.
I haven't been able to find a Flex 4.5 plugin version.

Burrito (FB 4.5) installs a plug-in utility you can use for plugging into your own copy of Helios. You can find this utility in the folder named "utilities", in the same folder where you installed Burrito.
Also, Burrito comes bundled with Helios.

Thanks, Chris!
Do you know when we'll get a newer build than the 10/25/10 one ? The Flex Team blog hasn't been updated in a while...
