Is there any way to change the colours on the timeline?

I am having real difficulty seeing objects on the timeline as they are pale blue and the background is white. Its better when you select them as they go darker blue, but by default they are a real pale blue and I cant see them very well.........

Thanks for the reply, I have done a wish list thingo. you would think that would be easy seeing as other Adobe products have that facility. Or should I get better glasses? ha ha.
