Hello I am a new user, I need basic info like name, address, ext. to auto populate( I Don't even know if that is the right term) on multiple forms on the same PDF. Can someone please tell me how to do this I have searched around and can't figure it out.Your help is much appreciated.
I am confused .....is this one single PDF with multiple locations where you want the name etc information to appear ...or is it more than one PDF that you needs to populate with the same information. Are we talking about a portfolio or just a common form?
Then if the fields have the same name you can go into the binding tab (off of the Object palette) ans set the Data Binding to "Use global data". This will reflect any change to any of the same fields to be reflected to all other fields of that name.
